Return Policy

    • To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, undamaged, unused, and with all original packaging, labels, and tags intact.

    • Products that have been gently used are also eligible for return, as long as they meet the other requirements mentioned above.

  2. Reasons for Return: Our return policy covers the following scenarios: a) Gently Used: If you have used the product but find it not suitable for your needs and meets the eligibility criteria, you can return it within 14 days of purchase or exchange for a product more suitable to your needs. b) Damage: If the product arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving the item to initiate the return process. c) Change of Mind: If you simply change your mind about a product and it meets the eligibility criteria, you can return it within 14 days of purchase.

  3. Non-eligible Items: The following items are not eligible for return:

    • Products that have been intentionally damaged or modified after purchase.

    • Products that have been used excessively, resulting in no product or very little left.

    • Products without their original packaging, labels, or tags.

    • Items purchased during special promotions, clearance sales, or final sale items explicitly marked as non-returnable.

  4. Return Process: To initiate a return, please follow these steps: a) Contact our customer service team either by phone or email within 14 days of your purchase. b) Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant details or photographs, especially in the case of damaged or defective items. c) Our customer service team will guide you through the return process, including providing you with a return shipping label. d) Once we receive the returned item and verify its eligibility, we will process your refund or exchange as per your preference.

  5. Refunds and Exchanges:

    • Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used during the purchase.

    • In case the original payment method is not available or expired, refunds may be processed via store credit or a different mutually agreed-upon method.

    • If you prefer an exchange for a different product, we will assist you in selecting a suitable replacement item of equal value, subject to availability.
